BLAŽ PUCIHAR
As the author of Flute at Play, Luna’s Magic Flute, The Piano Wizard, and many others, Blaž is becoming one of the most popular composers among young musicians.
Since 2014 his collections Luna’s Magic Flute and Flute at Play have been included in the UK Associated Board of Royal School of Music (ABRSM) syllabus.
Blaž has been constantly composing for young musicians and professionals. His compositions are gaining an international reputation. In 2018, the Belmont Piano Trio and in 2019, Rituals for flute and piano reached the audience of the famous Carnegie Hall in New York.
DR. ANA KAVČIČ PUCIHAR
Ana is the author of the flute method books for young beginners Fluting Stars, winners of the 2016 NFA Newly Published Music Competition in San Diego, USA.
As a 2015 Fulbright Scholar at the Boise State University (USA), Ana has started her academic research in effective instrumental instruction. She is a researcher and assistant for Woodwind pedagogy at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Ana and Blaž are founders of Glasbénium, private music studio, where they are
creating numerous new compositions for their students.
